Our vented roof systems are fully equipped with exterior sheathing, a vapor barrier, flashing, drip edge, and building felt, and are insulated to R-38.

Each kit features sill plates, a mahogany frame and trim, and high-quality architectural sealants for an elegant finish. Sidewall Construction
Our sidewalls are built using standard 2′ x 6′ stud wall construction, accommodating any necessary wiring or plumbing. Each wall is equipped with exterior sheathing, fiberglass insulation, and a vapor barrier for enhanced durability and energy efficiency. Options include knee walls and gable room side walls, both featuring High-R vapor barriers and fiberglass insulation. Customize the interior with our natural wood finishes on-site, or choose one of our pre-selected options. The sidewalls are insulated to R-20.
